1. No physical shipping
SignalAISO, operated by Digiboffins Technologies Private Limited, is a web application used in your browser at app.signalaiso.com. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so no shipping charges apply.
2. How a paid plan is delivered
- Your plan is applied to your workspace as soon as the payment succeeds, usually within a few minutes.
- The active plan and its invoice appear on your workspace's Billing page.
3. If your plan has not been applied
If your payment succeeded but the plan is not active within 24 hours, email info@signalaiso.com or WhatsApp +91 73411 95674 with your workspace name and payment ID. We will activate it or refund the payment under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
4. Service area
The service is available online wherever WhatsApp Business Platform is available. Prices are in Indian Rupees.
