Free has no end date and needs no card. What it does not include is campaigns and analytics — you can answer every enquiry on it for as long as you like, up to 500 contacts. Paying yearly is twelve months for the price of ten.

Meta bills per message, to your own WhatsApp Business account, at the rates it publishes. Below is the India card as of 1 October 2026 — the same numbers this product prices with.

Plus your subscription. A business whose traffic is mostly enquiries in and answers out pays Meta very little — the cost arrives when you start sending offers, which is the one part you control.
Anyone who reaches you from a click-to-WhatsApp ad or your Facebook Page button is free to talk to for 72 hours — any message type, no limit. It is the one way to answer somebody for nothing.
Flows, not an add-on
The chatbot builder is in every plan, Free included. Elsewhere it is a separate monthly line on top of your plan, often costing more than the plan itself.
Seats, not per agent
Fifteen people on Growth, included. Not five and then a fee for the sixth, which is what a growing team actually runs into.
Meta's rate, not ours
We add nothing to the message bill and never have. Some platforms quote a per-message rate above Meta's and keep the difference.
We do not resell WhatsApp messaging or add a margin to it. You attach your own payment method to your WhatsApp Business account and Meta bills you for message usage at their published rates.
